"Luxurious Living: A Family-Centered Design for Queen's Peak Penthouse"

Queen's Peak is a 4,600 sq ft luxury penthouse located on Commonwealth Road, originally intended for investment but designed in full to elevate its potential to appeal to its future owners. With creative freedom to reimagine the space, we tailored the design to reflect the unique lifestyle of a well-travelled, accomplished family of five.

The mother, an elegant lady of the house, enjoys hosting gatherings in the expansive dining area located in the west wing, while maintaining a sense of privacy and warmth in the family living area in the east wing. The father, with a particular passion for sailing, inspired the nautical-themed design of his home office. The eldest daughter, a 28-year-old private wealth management banker, exudes a calm soothing ambience in her bedroom, while the 22-year-old son, studying to become a surgeon, and the 16-year-old youngest daughter, in her final year of high school, each bring their own youthful energy and aspirations into the design.

Every space was thoughtfully planned to cater to the family’s diverse needs, blending functionality with luxurious elegance to create a harmonious living environment.
