Named after the founder’s Italian grandfather, Ervino Breitner, fondly known as "Nonno" Ervino, the restaurant honors his legacy as an entrepreneur, father, and traveler who had a deep appreciation for the finer things in life.

The space is imbued with the warmth of exposed brick, barrel accents, and wooden details, reflecting the traditional yet welcoming spirit of Ervino’s home.
