The concept focuses on creating a versatile, neutral space that functions as a "blank canvas" for a variety of tenants. ASDA optimized the available space of 35m2 for each unit with every comfort and necessary utilities to deliver a pleasant and practical service apartment units. 

 

The interior design features a soft, neutral color palette of beige, light gray, and off-white, offering a clean and calming backdrop that adapts to diverse tastes. This approach ensures the apartment remains universally appealing, while providing a flexible environment for students to make it their own during their stay.
