"Crisp Contemporary: Showcasing Art at Chatsworth Condominium"

The design of this elegant apartment in Chatsworth Rd embraces a sleek contemporary design approach, creating a serene backdrop that allows the client's impressive art collection to take center stage. The interior is defined by crisp white walls and ceilings, creating a gallery-like atmosphere. These clean, neutral surfaces act as the perfect canvas for showcasing artwork, with no distractions or unnecessary elements.

Simple sophisticated lime-stone flooring runs throughout the space, providing a sophisticated yet subtle texture that complements the simplicity of the design. The stone's soft tones in the living room and wood parquet in the bedrooms work in harmony with the white walls, grounding the space and adding a sense of warmth, while ensuring that the artworks are the focal point of each room. The toilets adapted a very similar approach by combining gray accent wall, greige flooring and crisp white sanitary wares.
