"Brotzeit Raffles City: Bier, Bar and Restaurant"

Brotzeit Raffles City is a special comeback project for Architect Alessandro Lo Giudice, one of the co-founders of Brotzeit in 2006. It has been a true pleasure to once again collaborate with the Brotzeit team, bringing together years of shared history and fresh creative energy to craft something extraordinary for the brand.

For Brotzeit Raffles City, we drew inspiration from Bavarian beer culture, blending rustic charm with traditional craftsmanship. The interior features classic elements like wooden furniture and beer barrels, which are integral to the Bavarian beer hall experience. These rustic touches, combined with warm wood tones and copper metal finishes, evoke the classic, gemütlich (cozy) atmosphere of a Bavarian beer hall.

The standout feature is the large beer barrel—a sculptural design that not only serves as a striking focal point for the space but also functions as a display shelf for Brotzeit’s loyal patrons, showcasing their most cherished personal bier steins. This thoughtful detail celebrates the patrons' connection to the venue, adding a unique, personalized element to the décor.
